Wacom MovinkPad 11 Review: Best Pen on an Android Tablet

By Justin · Updated September 25, 2026

Quick verdict

8.2/10

A matte Android sketchbook with Wacom's Pro Pen 3 in the box. It draws beautifully, but it's a mid-range tablet for everything else.

Buy it if

  • Drawing is the main thing you'll do with it.
  • You want a matte, paper-like screen without a protector.
  • You want Wacom's pen and a Clip Studio Paint license included.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Pro Pen 3 included; owners call it instant and precise.
  • Matte glass with a paper-like feel.
  • Two-year Clip Studio Paint Debut license.
  • Light and sturdy.

Cons

  • Mid-range Helio G99 chip; big brushes can lag.
  • Lower resolution than rivals at this price.
  • No microSD, no fingerprint or face unlock.
  • No case or stand in the box.

Real-world math

Drawing space. The 11.45-inch 3:2 screen works out to about 243 x 159 mm, or 387 square centimeters. That's about 10% more room than the iPad Air or Galaxy Tab S11, and the 3:2 shape is closer to a sheet of paper.

Sharpness. 2200 x 1440 on 11.45 inches is about 230 pixels per inch. That's softer than the Tab S11 at 274. You'll see it in small text more than in drawings.

What's included. The pen and a two-year Clip Studio Paint license come in the box. You don't need to buy anything else to start drawing.

Drawing on it

The pen is the reason to buy it. Best Buy owners (44 reviews, 4.7 out of 5) keep describing the pen-to-screen connection as instant and precise. Parka Blogs said the pressure and tilt response rival iPad and Samsung.

The matte glass gives a little bite, like paper. Parka Blogs noted some people may still find it too smooth.

The trade-offs

The Helio G99 is a mid-range chip. Some owners saw lag with large brushes. The screen is lower resolution than rivals, and there's no microSD slot. Wacom's own Canvas app is very basic. Parka Blogs also flagged hollow-sounding speakers and a flaky lift-to-wake.

It ships with Android 14. Wacom hasn't made a long update promise like Samsung has.
